The ISO 9000 family is primarily concerned with "quality management" and revoles around building partnerships with your customers.
This means that the organization needs to fulfil:

- the applicable regulatory requirements
while aiming to
- enhance customer satisfaction,
- achieve continual improvement of its performance in pursuit of these objectives.
In addition to the principles of ISO our Quality Management System is further enhanced to incorporate the principles of GAMP, IEEE Standard 829-1998 and BS 7925-2.
GaMP (Good automated Manufacturing Process) is applicable to the pharmaceutical industry and outlines a transparent development, test and installation procedures.
IEEE Std 829-1998 outlines a standard of test documentation. BS 7952-2 defines the process for software component testing using specified test case design and measurement techniques. Strict adherence to these standards directly improves the quality of our testing, and ultimately the quality our software products and systems.
