Technical Support

Ivertec provide technical support through our helpdesk. All calls are logged and tracked. Technical Support is provided through annual support contract only. The terms and conditions of this contract are available from Ivertec on request.

Remote Support: This facility is available to all Anseo Secondary customers. It involves Ivertec creating a remote session to the PC or Server where the problem has occurred. Through this session Ivertec support personnel can diagnose and repair the majority of issues by controlling the PC or Server involved. This is essential to Ivertec providing you with a fast and effective after sales service.

Non Technical Issues

Our support personnel are experienced in common implementation issues that arise. To that end Ivertec encourages all users to contact the helpdesk if non technical issues arise related to attendance management which affect system performance.

Training

The Anseo Secondary system is updated every year to fulfill changing requirements in education. Along with this the personnel involved in attendance management within your school may change over time. Ivertec therefore promote ongoing training as a necessity in reaping the full benefits of the system.
The following training options are available:

Student Identification Cards

Reorders or any other issues with student identification cards can be communicated to Ivertec personnel in the following ways:
By Email: Email all details to cards@ivertec.com
By Fax: 066 947 8969
Recommendation: Anseo Secondary includes a feature for organising and tracking card orders. This feature is available under Maintenance > Card Order. The use of this feature will enable you to select students and print card orders. This eliminates any issues with incorrect data being communicated and\or duplicate cards being ordered for students. Card orders can be printed and faxed or saved and emailed to Ivertec.
If requesting a new card please email pictures and student details. The following student details should be supplied with all card orders or enquiries:

  1. School Name
  2. Student ID
  3. Surname
  4. Forename
  5. Course and Class
